We connected with Marco from Comfortable Climate through our home warranty when our AC went out less than a week after moving into our new house. Marco and his team were timely and professional in setting an appointment, arriving on time, and getting the work done quickly and efficiently. In addition, they helped me out when I discovered a baby mouse had chewed through our basement window screen and gotten stuck between screen and window while they were there. They retrieved the mouse and set him free elsewhere. If that’s not going above and beyond the call of duty, I don’t know what is!
